4 week course dates are:

• Thursday 28th March from 10am to 1pm
• Thursday 2nd May from 10am to 1pm

6 week course dates are:

• Monday 22nd April from 7pm-9pm
• Tuesday 23rd April from 10am-12pm
• Tuesday 23rd April from 12.30-2.30pm
• Tuesday 23rd April from 6pm-8pm
• Thursday 25th April from 6pm to 8pm
