Booking and Payment
Your place on a course or workshop is confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Full payment for courses is required no later than two weeks before the first class unless otherwise agreed.
Cancelling or Missing a Class
Upholstery Addicts is a small business and course places are limited. If you need to cancel, please give at least two weeks’ notice wherever possible so I have a chance to offer your place to another student.
Cancellations made with less than two weeks’ notice, including cancellations on the day of the course or workshop, may not be eligible for a refund, credit or alternative date.
We understand that unexpected illness or serious personal circumstances can happen. If you need to cancel because of exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider the circumstances and may, at our discretion, offer an alternative arrangement.
Any alternative arrangement is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Postponing a Course
A course may only be postponed if agreed with us in writing.
If a postponement is agreed, the place must be used within 12 months of the original course start dates. After 12 months, the postponement expires.
Any postponed place is subject to availability and does not guarantee the same course, day, time or future date.
Where possible, we may offer alternative or ad-hoc sessions if a place on the original course is not available.
Course Prices and Administration
If a postponed booking has expired and a new booking is made, the current course price will apply.
A £20 administration fee may apply to expired gift vouchers or bookings requiring additional administration, and any difference in the current course price will also be payable.
Transfers
You may ask to transfer your place to another person, but this must be agreed with us in advance in writing.
Changes by Upholstery Addicts
Very occasionally, we may need to cancel or postpone a course or workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or because a course is under-subscribed.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative arrangement or a refund where appropriate.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
A £20 administration fee may apply if a voucher has expired before it is redeemed. If course prices have increased since the voucher expired, the difference in price will also be payable.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice in writing.
All bookings made with a gift voucher are subject to the Booking Terms & Conditions above.
